Stephen manages Poten’s Asia-Pacific LNG consulting practice, which provides strategic, commercial and technical advice to LNG project sponsors, ventures, buyers, sellers, shippers and financiers.  His consulting work focuses primarily on the areas of upstream gas monetization, project development, independent project assessment, shipping, marketing and supply procurement.  He has a decade of experience in LNG consulting and over 25 years in international energy.  Stephen is a formerly Exploration & Production Manager for Chevron in Colombia and Fiscal Manager for Texaco in Angola.  He holds degrees in Law & Diplomacy, International Business, and International Economics.
